Minimum charge and non returnable deposit £100 (A booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received).
There is no charge for pre-school children for either a day visit or camp
Day visits: school-aged children and adults £3 per person.
Overnight stay in Cubs or Gannets 2024: £18 per person per night.
2025: £18 per person per night.
Camping outdoors if there are already 24 indoors 2024: £6 per person per night.
2025: £6 per person per night.
Our normal minimum booking duration at weekends is two nights.
If your circumstances do not suit these minimum requirements you are invited to contact the treasurer LeahMartin135@gmail.com. We would like to see if we can find a way to allow you to use our facilities.
The deposit of £100 should be sent to the Treasurer as soon as you have made a provisional booking. If this is not received within four weeks your provisional booking will be cancelled and the dates released.
Final payment must be made within 30 days of your stay (after deducting the £100 deposit) and should be made by cheque or Bank Transfer. Bank account details are on the final payment form.
Cheques made payable to the Evans Trust should be sent to the Treasurer at the address below.
